William Ollerhead

Mr. Ollerhead is the principal of Ollerhead Capital, a division of Chunkerhead Ltd., where he is the Managing Director. He has over 35 years of experience in the capital markets and corporate finance. He serves on the boards of directors of Cytophage Technologies Ltd., (where he chairs the audit and finance committee), and Thermal Energy International Inc., (where he chairs the audit committee). He has held roles on a variety of boards for both public and private companies and not-for-profit organizations, including chairman and audit committee chair. In 1997, he founded Ollerhead Capital Corporation, providing corporate finance advisory services in connection with more than $800 million in private debt transactions. His earlier career involved roles in investment and corporate finance, starting in 1989. He holds a BA (Statistics) from Western University and an MBA (Finance) from McGill University, and completed the Directors Education Program at Rotman.
Mr. McCutcheon is a seasoned executive with expertise in business, law, and finance. With over 25 years of experience, he is well-versed in corporate and securities law, capital markets, and investment management. He practiced law with a precursor to Fasken LLP, a significant Canadian law firm, and worked as an executive in private equity and venture capital with regulated investment funds from 1995 to 2008. Mr. McCutcheon closely collaborates with legal advisors and regulations for public companies and currently holds positions as a director and Chief Financial Officer at Cuspis Capital II Ltd and Cuspis Capital III Ltd. His background in venture capital and private equity has led him to serve on various public and private company boards and committees, including his role as CFO for both Cuspis II and Cuspis III. He is skilled in venture capital investment, team development, and corporate governance. Mr. McCutcheon holds an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and has been actively involved in community service.

Ms. Logan is an entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in corporate finance across a wide range of industries both in the private and public sectors. As president of Jaqi Logan Financial Services, Inc., a company which she founded in 1991, Ms. Logan’s expertise includes financial management services, general record-keeping and tax planning and preparation services. Since 2003, Ms. Logan has been the Controller for Kure Technologies, Inc. [KUR.H]. In 2018, Ms. Logan expanded her management and investment portfolios to include Capital Pool Companies (“CPCs”). In her role as the Controller for a number of CPCs past and present, Ms. Logan has assisted several companies from start-up to the closing of their qualifying transactions. Currently she is assisting Haviland Enviro Corp [HEC.P] with completing their qualifying transaction. Ms. Logan is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Royalties Inc. [CSE:RI], and Music Royalties Inc. She is a partner in Cuspis Capital Partners Ltd., and provides financial services to a number of other private companies. Ms. Logan’s niche in the industry is her unique ability to work hands-on at the ground level while seamlessly liaising with upper management, directors, legal and support teams in a wide range of business sectors, providing quality professional service.

Jack Schoenmakers

Mr. Elliott has been the President of CFE Financial Inc. since 1987, actively engaged in private investment banking. Over the past 33 years, he has consistently provided comprehensive financial services, specializing in mergers, acquisitions, and structured financings, often investing in and retaining ownership stakes in businesses to support their growth. Notably, Mr. Elliott has held the position of director at both Cuspis Capital II Ltd. and Cuspis Capital III Ltd., contributing to their strategic direction. His diverse financial expertise includes a successful tenure as CFO of Tangarine Payment Solutions Corp., executive roles at Vital Retirement Living Inc., and chairmanship at Gowest Gold Ltd., where he raised approximately $60 million through public financings. Mr. Elliott holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Western University and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Windsor.
Mr. Schoenmakers has dedicated the majority of his career to the energy sector. He presently serves as the President of Schoevest Investment Inc. and is a board member of Cuspis Capital II Ltd. He has an extensive history of board roles, including Cuspis Capital Ltd. (2019-2021; now Graphene Manufacturing Group "GMG"), Thermal Energy International Inc. (2012-2018), and Tribute Resources Inc. (2005-2018). He also held positions on private company boards like Nothing But Nature (2005-2017), acquired by Greenspace Brands Inc. Mr. Schoenmakers co-founded Ontario Energy Savings Corp. and acted as President, and he was previously the President of Avenue Energy, overseeing oil and gas assets across Canada and the United States. He was involved with energy associations and holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Waterloo.
