Mr. Ollerhead is the principal of Ollerhead Capital, a division of Chunkerhead Ltd., where he's the Managing Director. He has over 30 years of experience in capital markets and corporate finance. He's a director of Graphene Manufacturing Group Ltd., a member of its audit committee, a director of Thermal Energy International Inc., chair of TMG’s audit committee, and director/CEO of Cuspis Capital II Ltd. He's held roles on various boards for both public and private companies and not-for-profit organizations, including chairman and audit committee chair. In 1997, he founded Ollerhead Capital Corporation, providing finance advisory services and arranging $800 million in private debt transactions. His earlier career involved roles in investment and institutional finance, starting in 1989. He holds degrees in Statistics and Finance, and completed the Directors Education Program. Mr. Ollerhead, 58, will manage the Corporation until the Qualifying Transaction's completion.
Vice President of Finance
Ms. Logan is a seasoned entrepreneur with a robust 30-year background in corporate finance across diverse sectors within both private and public realms. She founded Jaqi Logan Financial Services, Inc. in 1991, specializing in financial management for companies, from tax preparation to record-keeping. As Controller for Kure Technologies, Inc. since 2003, she managed financial operations and handled books for Look Communications Inc. She extended her expertise to Capital Pool Companies (CPCs) in 2018, aiding companies like Cuspis Capital Ltd., Mithrandir Capital Corp., and Pivotal Financial Corp. She holds the CFO position at Music Royalties Inc. and Royalties Inc. while providing financial services to various private entities. Her financial training began while working at Blenheim Exhibitions Group PLC in London, England, followed by the establishment of her financial services company in Canada in 1991. Ms. Logan's distinctive strength lies in her hands-on approach, bridging the gap between ground-level tasks and upper management while maintaining seamless coordination across industries.
Chief Financial Officer, Secretary & Director
Mr. McCutcheon is a seasoned executive with expertise in business, law, and finance. With over 25 years of experience, he's well-versed in corporate and securities law, capital markets, and investment management. He practiced law with a precursor to Fasken LLP, a significant Canadian law firm, and worked as an executive in private equity and venture capital with regulated investment funds from 1995 to 2008. He's closely collaborated with legal advisors and regulations for public companies and currently holds positions as a director and Chief Financial Officer at Cuspis Capital II Ltd. His background in venture capital and private equity has led him to serve on various public and private company boards and committees. He's skilled in venture capital investment, team development, and corporate governance. He holds an M.B.A from Thunderbird School of Global Management and has been actively involved in community service. At 57 years old, Mr. McCutcheon will manage the Corporation until the Qualifying Transaction's completion.
C. Fraser Elliott
Mr. Elliott has been the President of CFE Financial Inc. since 1987, where he's engaged in private investment banking. Over the past 33 years, he's provided financial services, including mergers, acquisitions, and structured financings, often investing and retaining ownership stakes in the businesses to support their growth. He previously served as CFO of Tangarine Payment Solutions Corp. and successfully facilitated its sale in 2009. He held executive roles in Vital Retirement Living Inc. and became its director in 1998. As chairman of Gowest Gold Ltd. from 2009 to 2018, he raised about $60 million through public financings. He briefly held CFO roles in ONEnergy Inc. and Unique Broadband Systems, Inc. He's a board member and CFO of Pivotal Financial Corp., and also on the board of Cuspis Capital II Ltd. Mr. Elliott, 64, will contribute time to manage the Corporation until the Qualifying Transaction concludes.
Mr. Schoenmakers has dedicated the majority of his career to the energy sector. He presently serves as the President of Schoevest Investment Inc. and is a board member of Cuspis Capital II Ltd. He has an extensive history of board roles, including Cuspis Capital Ltd. (2019-2021; now Graphene Manufacturing Group "GMG"), Thermal Energy International Inc. (2012-2018), and Tribute Resources Inc. (2005-2018). He also held positions on private company boards like Nothing But Nature (2005-2017), acquired by Greenspace Brands Inc. Mr. Schoenmakers co-founded Ontario Energy Savings Corp. and acted as President, and he was previously the President of Avenue Energy, overseeing oil and gas assets across Canada and the United States. He was involved with energy associations and holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Waterloo. Aged 66, Mr. Schoenmakers will manage the Corporation until the completion of the Qualifying Transaction.
